Reichlich \u00d6l erhitzen lassen. Mit \u00d6l nicht Sparen. Untermischen und noch etwas angehen lassen und die frischen Tomaten sowie die Wurst dazu geben umr\u00fchren und f\u00fcr ca. 10 min leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen. Mit etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche auff\u00fcllen. Kann man aber auch weg lassen ist kein muss . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dann kommen vorsichtig die Eier oben drauf. Pro Person 2 Stk. Man verr\u00fchrt dann ganz vorsichtig das Eiwei\u00df mit den Tomaten. Nebenher den Koriander grob hacken. Zum servieren mit dem Koriander bestreuen und die Pfanne einfach mittig aufn Tisch stellen das sich jeder mit einem Gro\u00dfen L\u00f6ffel selber bedienen kann. Dazu gibt es normal Fladenbrot, da das sch\u00f6n aufsaugen tut .
